Outstanding place for shopping. Location is exquisite and I loved family-friendly rooms and ever so helpful staff. Dining room, where a continental breakfast was served, is good. Downtown Kuala Lumpur district is worth looking into.

Comfy bed, opulent rooms, efficient place. Particularly attentive staff, they kept the venue exceptionally clean. A continental breakfast was a nice touch. A secluded beach, picturesque view. Also, Ikea Cheras Furniture Store was at a short distance.

The staff were fair and breakfast was wonderful. The staff did all they can for a nice stay. Walking distance to the perfect beach. The hotel was well serviced and the authentic restaurant was exceptional. Convenient check-in, fast check-out. In addition, the parking was nearby.

Very helpful staff and absolutely superb breakfast with lots of options. There were air conditioning and microwave in the room, loved that. Bathroom was reasonably spacious. Wonderful location not very far from twin skyscrapers. Thank you for making our stay the best experience.

I loved my awesome stay. Overall clean place, nicely furnished rooms, warm staff. Reasonably large suite and super comfortable bed. Fairly good breakfast and plenty of goodies. With quick check-in and late check-out, this hotel was incredibly beautiful. Hot drinks, fast wifi were a nice surprise.

the room was fully equipped and the breakfast was varied, plenty of options. good beds, high ceiling and air conditioning in the room. the bfast staff were very, very nice in all requests. the location was prime, relatively close to lake symphony.
